The people who were involved in this strike were all the motion picture people such as Ben Stiller, Will Smith, and John Travolta.
The motion picture people did this because they weren't getting paid enough to do there jobs. Also the actors went on strike because they didn't get to get off for the holidays. The SAG's had a vote to see if some of the actors wanted to stay on the holidays.
